I tested out a few different meditation programs and instructors . . .
But they were all either way too serious, or fake enough for me to spot from a mile away.
Then one day, I experienced a radical shift in how I viewed things.
It suddenly occurred to me what I had been getting wrong . . .
Mindfulness and spiritual development aren’t things you “do” and then forget about - they’re part of a better way of life!
I embarked on an intense inward journey, and once I committed to forming long-term healthy spiritual habits, things became clearer than ever.
Years later, I’m now fortunate to do what I love: teach the meditative spiritual skills I’ve learned and share my knowledge through speaking and books.
